Get started with Sheetpulse

Setup takes about two minutes. Every feature is free during the beta, until December 31.

Make my copy of Sheetpulse

Opens Google Sheets and asks you to make a copy. The copy, and everything synced into it, lives in your own Google Drive.

  1. Make your copy

    Click the button above, then Make a copy. The add-on comes with the copy.

  2. Open the sidebar

    In your copy, click Extensions → Sheetpulse → Open Sheetpulse and allow access when Google asks.

    Google will say it hasn't verified this app. That's expected while Sheetpulse is in beta and waiting for Google's review. Click Advanced → Go to Sheetpulse (unsafe), then Allow. Google uses the word “unsafe” for every app it hasn't reviewed yet. The privacy policy explains each permission.

  3. Connect beehiiv, or try sample data

    Click Try with sample data to see everything with an example newsletter first. When you're ready, create a key in beehiiv under Settings → Workspace Settings → API → Create New API Key and paste it into the sidebar. You need to be the workspace owner or an admin, and beehiiv may ask you to verify your identity before it lets you create a key.

  4. Click Sync now

    Your Posts, Growth and Overview tabs fill in. Tick Sync automatically every day to build your subscriber history.

Activate a paid plan

After you buy Starter or Pro, your license key arrives in your receipt email.

  1. Open your Sheetpulse sheet and the sidebar.
  2. Scroll to Plan, paste the key into License key and click Activate license.

A key works on one Google account. To move it to another account, click Remove license from this Google account in the sidebar first, or email us and we'll move it for you.
